Chef Amirah is a mother, married and clothed in her faith. She began her journey of Custard pie making on the West Coast of Las Vegas in 2017 for the purposes of nostalgia, recreating tastes and smells that had been familiar and reminiscent to her. Chef Amirah is a pastry Culinarian who first studied savory, but made the conscious decision to shift in 2020. Committed to healthy yet delightful pleasantries, it is her mission to make a dessert that can sit on anyones kitchen table. Taking the Navy Bean and using that to provide refined and delicious custard pastries, anyone would be remiss not to indulge and reminisce with every bite.
